How To Strengthen Your Immune System Against Coronavirus | Three Must-Haves

You’ve heard it. What to do to protect yourself from the COVID-19 Coronavirus such as wash your hands for 20 seconds disinfect frequently used surfaces; avoid touching such as handshakes; wear gloves and masks if possible; and limit being present in large groups of people. But that’s just how to protect yourself on the outside. What about protecting yourself from the inside? Hi Wit Bosses.

To ensure you are thoroughly protecting yourself you must protect yourself from the inside too by building your immune system and keeping it healthy. But how do you do that? Well, in this video, I’m going to share with you how you can protect yourself from viruses like Coronavirus COVID-19 from the inside out with three things so you can put yourself in the best position to be healthy. Also, I’ll share with the one thing you must do to stay healthy. And stick around to the end because I’ll be showing you how to make a delicious immunity boosting juice that you can make yourself at home.

There are three things you must do in order to boost your immune system and keep it strong. The first thing you should be taking is a mineral called Zinc Gluconate. You’ll find there’s more than one form of zinc, but Zinc Gluconate I’ve found has the best absorption for the body. You can obtain Zinc Gluconate as a pill, a lozenge and as a liquid, but either type are fine.

So why Zinc? Well, Zinc helps regulate immune function. Without proper immune function, your body cannot successfully fight off viruses and disease. The second thing you need to boost your immune system so you can ward off diseases like COVID-19 is taking Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps repair body tissues and Vitamin C also helps support immune system. You’ve probably heard ascorbic acid used interchangeably with Vitamin C. But ascorbic acid is not exactly Vitamin C. It’s actually an isolate of Vitamin C and does not contain all of the natural components needed for health.

So be sure to get the pure version of the Vitamin C. The third thing you need to boost your immune system to ward off viruses such as COVID-19 is to take Vitamin D. Now Vitamin D is important because deficiency in Vitamin D is associated with increased autoimmunity as well as an increase susceptibility to infection. But Vitamin D helps promote protective immunity from infection and disease. You want the best absorption of Vitamin D so it’s best to get Vitamin D3K2. The Vitamin K works together with the Vitamin D to help it absorb well into the body.

Your Zinc, your Vitamin C and Vitamin D3K2 should be natural and non-synthetic. So be sure to get the non-synthetic versions. Synthetic supplements can be toxic to the body and obviously that’s counterproductive to health. So I promised to tell you the one thing you need to do to stay healthy.

So here it is. The one thing you must do to stay healthy is to eat healthy. You are what you eat right? The best way to get Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin D are through fresh foods, but we know that foods are sometimes lacking nutrients because of how they’re grown and/or processed, which is why we need supplements sometimes. However, vitamins alone are ineffective in your diet if your diet is crap.

So you have to maintain a healthy diet to stay healthy and eating right is the key. Here are some healthy foods that are high in vitamins—the vitamins I mentioned earlier and the mineral I mentioned earlier. Plant-based foods high in Zinc are seeds, nuts, whole grains, legumes like lentils and beans. Plant based foods high in Vitamin C are red bell peppers, broccoli, ginger, spinach, almonds, red grapes and citrus fruits.

There are a few foods that have vitamin D such as fortified soy or almond milk, fortified soy or almond yogurt and Portobello mushrooms. But lastly, Vitamin D can also be obtained from the sun. If you’re not used to being out in the sun start gradually. Darker skin requires more time in the sun about two to three hours and lighter skin requires less time in the sun to get the Vitamin D such as about 10-15 minutes.

So to recap, to boost your immune system so you can ward off viruses like COVID-19 and other diseases, take Zinc Gluconate, take Vitamin C and take Vitamin D3K2. And lastly, eat healthy to maintain a healthy immune system. For this juice, the ingredients are lemon juice (lemons contain Vitamin C which is so important to your health in fighting off viruses and infection). Next ingredient is cucumbers. They contain antioxidants, which protect against diseases. Red grapes are the next ingredient.

They are packed with Vitamin C and Vitamin K. They also contain antioxidants. The next ingredient is spinach. Spinach contains Vitamin C that I shared earlier in the video, which boosts immune and has properties to increase the infection fighting ability of your immune system. Next, we have pineapple.

Pineapple contains disease fighting antioxidants as well. It also has immunity boosting properties. Then we have ginger root. Giger contains Vitamin C that I also talked about earlier.

Next, we have turmeric. Turmeric contains antioxidants and helps to regulate the immune system. If you don’t us or you don’t have organic ingredients, just be sure to wash the cucumbers and the grapes thoroughly with some produce cleaner if you have it. Alright, let’s get started juicing.

Alright. All done and there you have it. An easy juice to make and super beneficial for your immune system. Let’s taste it.

Mmm. Delicious too. I like to run the spinach through the…through the machine two times to make sure all the liquid is out. You don’t have to do that.
